Product description
- Chicken lollipop are made from Drumette and Flat portions of wings and one of the bones of flat is discarded together with wingtip.
- Chicken wing meat is cut loose and pushed down towards the end of the bone. This process is known as frenching.
- After marination, these lollipops can be used the way you like, pan/deep-fry or bake them and enjoy tender Drums of Heaven! They are cut & cleaned by skilled staff at factory so you can cook them straight off the pack.
